I did not receive activation e-mail ? |
Verify that you have used a correct email address. Also verify that your mail client is not sending new domain emails to Junk or Spam folder |
I have activated but did not receive the login password ? |
Verify that you have used a correct phone number. Also, due to network congestion sometimes SMS might be delayed for some times. Contact us if you do not receive it after 5 minutes. |
How can i participate in your loyalty offer ? |

Can my friend use my account to send SMS since he/she does not have SMS credits and can not buy online as at that time ? |
Your friend is your friend. BUT to avoid compromising your account security we have introduced an SMS CREDIT TRANSFER FACILITY |
How does credit transfer facility works ? |
All you need to do is login to your account and transfer SMS credits to your friends account using his/her username (registered email address). Your friend will be notified of the transaction via SMS |
I have E-payment account but my friend does not. Can I login to my friends account and buy credit for them ? |
Instead of doing that, why not login to your own account, buy credits and transfer it to them |
I prefer to use desktop application to send my SMS ? |
Good. We have a desktop application that you can use to send your BULK SMS. This is however limited to frequent and Bulk Credit users of more than 1000 purchase per time. |
I have your Desktop application and also web account. Can I use my login details anywhere ? |
NO. Your web account is different from your Desktop application account, therefore you will not be able to interchange login details. |
